The file download is renamed to .TXT, however when you download the file, it will download as .ZIP.
Download the file and rename it to .APK, it is not case sensitive. Transfer the file to your ANDROID phone. This will not work on Apple phones.
Once downloaded you will have to unblock your phone from installing the local file.
The file is safe, there are no ads, tracking, accounts to login, nothing other than a connection to the website and short cuts to pages.
If you run into any pages not caching properly, then delete all data in app storage. Clear Data, not just cache.
